The Law of the
Republic of North Ossetia - Alania of 15.11.2021 No. 75-RZ amended the Law of
09.10.2012 No. 42-RZ "On the provision of free legal assistance in the
territory of the Republic of North Ossetia-Alania" which regulates the
Procedure for the establishment and operation of the State Legal Bureau.
In order to provide
citizens with free legal assistance, a State legal bureau may be established by
the decision of the Government of the Republic of North Ossetia-Alania. The
State Legal Bureau is created in the form of a state institution of the
Republic of North Ossetia -Alania.
The State Legal Bureau provides citizens who are entitled to free legal assistance within the framework of the state system of free legal assistance, free legal assistance in the types of legal assistance.
